Every idea starts with a problem. Our problem was that we were tired of seeing construction workers work in hazardous environments without bona fide training in the terminology and language they best understood. Wherever you look, Colorado is booming. Cranes fill the city skyline as construction companies build residential areas, towns, parks, and offices for new residents to move in. While this is a good thing, it is more important now than ever to protect the workers on the ground and help companies prevent accidents or potential penalties, injuries, or fatalities through comprehensive safety training programs. Yet, we began to note that many workers lack safety training that they comprehend effectively prevents workplace hazards.
So, we came up with a brilliant solution…NVP Management Inc.
NVP was launched in 2020 to provide clients with the resources, training, and information needed to achieve and maintain a healthy and safe work environment within job sites. As a Bilingual Colorado-based safety training company, we have two simple goals. To become a "one-stop-shop" that helps companies meet their regulatory compliance needs and keep employees safe and productive by selling a personalized safety mindset SHIFT to every employee. We do this by consciously using our “Safety as a Personal Value” work model. Which includes behavior-based safety culture, training, and proactive safety procedures that keep workers safe and help companies avoid financial losses through potential citations, shutdowns, sickouts, and avoidable injuries.
